The decision to publish my weekly physical activity was a good one. It made me do a little extra yesterday. Either that or guilt!
As you’ll see this week was not my best but it’s one week; not the rest of my life.
What I did This Week
Again, I’ll list the days I did no more than my usual daily activity (stairs at home/office, etc.). The quick business trip greatly impacted my results this week.
Wednesday: Nothing. (Flew to Philadelphia)
Thursday: Nothing. (Flew home after meeting)
Friday: Nothing (got in at 1:30 in the morning)
Saturday: Walk the dog for 35 minutes
Sunday: Pilates for 50 minutes (joined Denise from Do You Have That in My Size?)
Monday: Nothing. (I definitely could have done better today)
Tuesday: Pilates for 55 minutes. 30 minute brisk walk with co-worker.
Next week’s report should have way more walking to report. How was your fitness week?
