I took a look back and see there wasn’t a single work-out Wednesday post in June. It doesn’t mean fitness didn’t happen that month but is a clear sign it’s not been a priority. Well, as you saw in my tough love post that isn’t going to fly anymore.
My first week back from Savannah has been a productive exercise week.

Wednesday: Sparkpeople Cardio Sculpting DVD
Thursday: 3.26 morning walk
Friday: Pilates class.
Saturday: Rest day with 5,600 steps
Sunday: 3.39 mile walk
Monday: Lisa Whelchel’s Fitness DVD – 44 minutes
Tuesday: Rest Day
I was glad to get in three sessions with strength exercise. In addition to this plan, I’m also participating in a 30 day Plank challenge organized by Running with Curves. We’re up to 45 second planks and still going strong.
