Last weekend was my first Saturday Weight Watchers meeting which made it 12 days between weigh-ins. There are five Saturday meetings to select from and my preference is the 7 a.m. What can I say; I’m a morning person!
The good news was my fourth loss in a row with minus 1.8 pounds. This brings the grand total to:
– 7.8 Pounds
Victories and Challenges: The big victory was getting the Xbox set up this past weekend. My son on a visit from Miami set it up for me — 14 months after purchase but, we also used it! I put on Dance Central and we had a dance-off. I’m happy to say I won!
Although that helped, the challenge for me is exercise. I’m starting to get more movement in thanks to the activity tracker I bought. I’m up from 3,200 steps regularly each day to close to or over 5,000.
Next week: Although we’re celebrating Valentine’s Day with a nice dinner out, the three day juice cleanse starts tomorrow so that should make Saturday’s weigh-in good. My job will be to make it a permanent loss!
