Safe spaces was the topic at Saturday’s Weight Watchers meeting. You’re probably thinking personal safety but it was about strategies to make your kitchen and home weight loss friendly. It was another good week at the scale. Eating more plant-based meals seems to be agreeing with me. I lost another 1.8 pounds which makes the
Total Loss: 17 Pounds
I’m shooting for my next five pound star by the end of the month which will also coincide with losing 10% of my starting weight.
Exercise didn’t go as planned because I’m starting to be bothered with pain from the Achilles area on my right foot after a longer walk. This was a problem along with the piriformis syndrome last year but the doctor kept saying it was all related.

Travel is on my horizon starting with a three day business trip this week and then a four day personal trip next week. It’s the first traveling I’ve done since my recommitment to weight loss and fitness. I am packing some snacks and have a plan but will feel better after getting through the first trip.
How did your week towards great health go?
