Four Healthy Vlogs You Should Watch

KayLynn · February 5, 2014 · 1 Comment

Vlogging is something I want to get into but I have to first get over the fact you can see me. 🙂  For those that haven’t heard the term before a vlog is a video blog post.  There are publishers who only do video posts while most do a combination of written and video.

Vloggers create a video, upload it to the internet (most use Youtube) and then typically post it on the blog.  Here are four of my favorite vloggers and why you should watch them.  Note they’re not in any special order and if you’re reading via email click through to the website to see the videos.

Brookyn Fit Chick

Margo from Brooklyn Fit Chick posts a new vlog weekly with fitness news, giveaway info and updates.  You’ll love her fun personality!  She’s one fitness professional who makes me believe I can do it.

My favorite feature at her blog other than giveaways is the rundown of good information from the monthly fitness and health magazines.  Subscribe to her YouTube channel HERE.

Dani Holmes-Kirk

I met this awesome woman at Fitbloggin‘ and wish I could go to her Weight Watchers meetings.  Yes, she’s a WW leader and a runner who blogs at Weight Off My Shoulders.

Dani vlogs at least weekly and she talks a lot about the emotions of health and wellness.  I appreciate that it’s not all rainbows and unicorns and hearing that from someone who has successfully lost weight and gained health is valuable.  Subscribe to her YouTube channel HERE.

Sweating Until Happy

Alan from Sweating Until Happy inspires me and many, many other people every day.  He started his weight loss and fitness journey in 2009 and has lost over 140 pounds.  Because of Alan, I don’t feel I need to apologize for “only” losing 30 pounds the past year.

I had the pleasure of sitting next to Alan at a meal at Fitbloggin’ and he’s a super nice, humble guy.  Subscribe to his video channel HERE.

Sarah Fit

Sarah Fit shares workouts, recipes and healthy tips on her blog and vlog.  She’s a certified personal trainer who has grown her online presence into a full-time job.  I like her energy and free workouts!

Subscribe to Sarah’s channel HERE.

There is a wide variety of videos online that you’re sure to find a good fit for you.  If  you have favorites I haven’t listed please leave it in the comments.  I would love to check it out.  Do you watch vlogs?
