Tales From the Scale: Week 3

This will be the last week I attend Weight Watchers meetings on Monday.  I don’t like worrying about eating out on the weekend (due to salt; not overindulging).  Plus, it’s a big interruption in the work day.

My new meeting day will be Saturday.  Regardless of worrying about the salt, I did have a loss of 1.4 pounds this week.  That means the grand total is….

Total Loss: 6.0 Pounds

Victories and Challenges:  We ate at Macaroni Grill Saturday evening and I counted every last bite including that awesome bread!  I selected one of their low calorie menu items, Pollo Caprese, that still managed to have 22 grams of fat!

The big challenge was exercise.  I had some back pain after walking so had to back off.  That and rain did me in and I didn’t come close to my goal of 8 exercise points.

Tracking and Healthy Checks: Tracking is essential for me and I kept it up the entire week. Oil is still the challenge in terms of healthy check but I’m getting better.

Next week: I plan to get the Xbox setup and try one of the exercise games.  I think it could be fun.

What’s your victory and challenge this week?

Congrats on your weight loss! It is fun to see your progress, and I am so glad that menu planning is working for you. It makes a big difference, both physically and financially.

I’ve been doing WeightWatchers a few months and I was stuck in a rut. I just added in regular exercise a two weeks ago, and so far I’m keeping it up.

Congrats on 6 pounds already! Woot! I’m only maintaining right now, but I will probably be getting back on the Weight Watchers wagon in March if increasing my exercise doesn’t start helping…

Slowing down a bit, but that’s natural. Keep at it! Have fun with the XBOX.

I was doing really good with exercising three times a week for a few weeks and then just suddenly stopped, I have no idea why. This is a reminder that I need to get back down on that bike starting tonight!
