Greek yogurt with fruit is on my list of go-to snacks every week. The protein keeps the hunger pangs at bay until lunch.   But sometimes you want something cold and refreshing.  Healthy Choice has met that need with their Greek Frozen Yogurt.

About Healthy Choice Greek Frozen Yogurt

healthychoicegreekcup

Healthy Choice Greek Frozen Yogurt is made with real nonfat milk, yogurt cultures and dairy protein to create just the right creamy tartness.  They’re perfectly portioned at 100 calories with 4g of protein per serving.

You can find it in six flavors:

  • Dark Fudge Swirl
  • Strawberry
  • Vanilla
  • Raspberry
  • Blueberry
  • Honey

Healthy Choice Greek Frozen Yogurt Dark Fudge Swirl was winner of the Shape Magazine 2013 Snack Awards “Best Night Bite.”  I really wanted to review that flavor but we couldn’t find it on the store shelf!

Experiencing Healthy Choice Greek Frozen Yogurt

My husband isn’t always a fan of being one of my testers but he enjoyed this assignment from me.  We took care of our sweet tooth after meals with containers of the Health Choice Greek Frozen Yogurt in blueberry (me) and strawberry (him).

The cup above is the one we always use for frozen treats and the container and the 4 ounce size of Healthy Choice Greek Frozen Yogurt is a full serving.  We both thought the yogurt was delicious and super creamy.   Mine has lots of blueberry pieces throughout the yogurt.

I could hear spoons clanging the bottom of the cup as we tried to get every last bite.  Best of all, there was no reason to feel guilty afterwards.  I felt like it was a lot of delicious flavor for 100 calories!  This is a product we will be buying again.

You should try it yourself with this $1.00 off Healthy Choice Greek Frozen Yogurt coupon.  What flavor will you try first?

I discovered these yummy little tidbits last year and I especially love the vanilla! I like Monica’s idea, will have to try that.

    Hi Kay Lynn,

Thanks for stopping by A Pear Shaped Gal. It’s so nice to meet another San Diegan!

I’ve tried the frozen greek yogurt in vanilla .. it’s good. I remove the yogurt from the cup and place in a bowl, then I warm up some frozen raspberries and dump on top and maybe sprinkle on a table spoon of chopped pistachio nuts if I have them.

I’ll have to give them a try – at which store did you find them?

Von’s only had strawberry. We found the most options at Ralph’s in Carmel Mtn Ranch but Target also had them.
