Were you thrown off by the time change last week? It was a little hard to adjust but I think we’re there now.

We ate at home every night this past week which nice for a change.
Monday: Meatless: Italian White Bean, Kale & Potato Stew
This was a recipe I found on the Forks Over Knives site. Even my husband thought it was a keeper!
Tuesday: Shrimp with Polenta and Carrots
This was really good but the polenta recipe was too complicated. I wouldn’t make this again.
Wednesday: Chicken Teriyaki with Broccoli and Rice
The time change last week tired me out a bit (that and Pilates) so we had Vitapizza for dinner.
Thursday: OPEN
We had the chicken teriyaki dinner tonight and it was delicious and easy to make.
Friday: Grilled cheese sandwiches with soup or salad
We had tilapia with fried potatoes and green beans.
Saturday: Spaghetti with Turkey Meatballs
I served the spaghetti and turkey meatballs with green salad and breadsticks.
Sunday: Taco Soup
This is a easy but tasty soup recipe that I’ll share later this week.

We have one night planned out this week to use a Groupon at a nearby restaurant.
Monday: Meatless: Grilled Cheese Sandwich with green salad
Tuesday: Roasted Chicken, brown rice and corn
Wednesday: Dinner Out
Thursday: Chicken Caesar Salad
Friday: Salmon, baked potatoes and asaparagus
Saturday: Chicken Tortilla Soup
Sunday: Turkey Meatloaf, fried potatoes, broccoli
