An important piece for my weight loss has been getting a healthy protein-based breakfast nearly every day. One of my go to ingredients is eggs but sometimes there just isn’t enough time in the morning to cook.
I decided to try a make-ahead egg-based meal. I found this egg muffin recipe on SparkPeople.com and modified it to make it Weight Watchers Simply Filling friendly. It’ll be easy to modify it with different vegetables and even adding lean meats for variety.
