Melrose and I were in Chicago last month attending BlogHer for the fourth year in a row. One of our favorite activities is visiting the exhibitors in the Expo Hall and learning about their products and services. It’s not hard work though as you can tell from these photos.
We had tasty fish samples and got to hang with the Gorton’s Fisherman at the Gorton’s Seafood booth. Love fish and it’s so good for you!
Melrose and I both have Keurig brewers but I’d never had cold drinks made with it. The Brew Over Ice booth made us tasty, cold drinks and made a believer out of me! My favorite was the Vitamin Burst in strawberry pomegranate flavor.
There were two data backup booths but Carbonite was the one with a masked man. My guess is he protects you from data loss.
I heard Daily’s Cocktail’s booth was hopping at the expo opening Thursday evening. We were at other events but I made sure to stop by for my favorite frozen drink and to visit the reps. Plus there were props for the photos!
La-Z-Boy furniture was on display along with a couple of guys wearing suits from made actual sofa and chair fabrics. I had to check them out closely.
Isn’t it cool how he blends right in with the chair? Okay, maybe it’s just me. The furniture was very comfortable and a modern way to have that recliner along with fashion.
This guy was scary compared to the previous one I posed with. 🙂 Optimus Prime was promoting Florida tourism.
It was nice to give my feet a rest and enjoy the comfort of the Serta mattress and pillow. I got the cutest stuffed lamb.
I honestly have no idea what this photo has to do with Land O’Frost or Despicable 2 but I did almost match up the lips to mine.
The things people do trying to win something. I was “dancing” with the Shark Sonic duo cleaner. No, I didn’t win.
Folgers had a great lounge with coffee and Pillsbury provided the cutest little donuts made with their Lil’ donut kits. (Do you think about Ghost Busters when you see the Doughboy?)
We got “cans” with out photos on them which make a great little bank. Melrose said that her grandson loves hers.
Coffee-mate made smoothies with their creamers as well as had lip glosses in the girl scout flavors. It was fun to taste the new flavors. My favorite girl scout cookie is Thin Mint.
Last but not least is this photo from the Snickers booth. It was a fun photo opp but I can’t eat Snickers on a regular basis due to my weight loss efforts. My husband sure enjoyed the bag I brought home.
We visited many more booths and made connection we hope will grow throughout the year.
