Save Money and Eat Healthy with eMeals #GetThrifty

KayLynn · January 24, 2013 · 2 Comments

Adjusting to just two for dinner has been harder than I thought.  For 30 years I’d been cooking for 3-5 people and a lot of those years were with teenagers who were bottomless pits!

That’s why I was excited to learn that eMeals.com has meal plans for two or a family and 10 different options.  If you eat Paleo, vegetarian, low carb, low calorie, gluten free, or classic they have plans for you in addition to four more choices.

I’ve been using the emeals plans for 3-4 weeks now and we’re no longer looking at each other at 5 pm trying to figure out what to have for dinner.  I use the plan emailed to me each week and adjust it to our schedule.  It even comes with a handy shopping list!

I’ve posted a couple of the recipes over at my health blog, Weight Chronicles including Slow Cooker Minestrone Soup and Italian Steak Strips with Pasta.  There’s also a giveaway running at the last recipe for Pasta Zero Shiratake noodles.

Check out the eMeals plans and sample menus HERE to see if it’s right for your family. Not only do I recommend it but so does Dave Ramsey! If you decide to try it out, save 15% with code: NEW YEAR.

Disclosure: I was provided with an emeals membership as part of their blogger program. All opinions are 100% mine.
