Yes, this is a little late. I kept meaning to post it and never made it. The weigh-in last Wednesday night showed:
Gain: .8 pounds
It wasn’t surprising that the scale bounced up after such a big loss the previous week. I’m not concerned because I was on plan all week with eating and exercise. Unfortunately, I have to wait two weeks for the next weigh-in due to a business trip. Until then, keep on plan!
