I haven’t been doing a good job of meal planning since finishing the 21 day Digest Diet challenge. One of our goals this year is to improve in this regard and thus this is the Inaugural Menu Plan Monday at Weight Chronicles.
My husband and I are focusing on eating healthier and cutting out down on sugar, fat and calories otherwise known as the stuff that makes food taste good. As the year progresses I’ll have more recipes to go along with the menu items but here’s the plan for week 1.

- Crock Pot Minestrone Soup
- Green Salad
Tuesday
- Pan-fried tilapia
- Green beans
Wednesday
- OPEN (this means we might have leftovers or pick up something)
Thursday
- Steak pasta
- Green salad
Friday
- Easy Chicken Bake
- Broccoli
Saturday
- Honey Mustard Pork Chops
- Mixed Vegetables
Sunday
- OPEN
