Menopause Awareness: The Good, the Bad, and the Sweaty

KayLynn · September 3, 2013 · 1 Comment

September is Menopause Awareness Month so I thought it’d be a good time to chat about it with you and a new product, Estroven Weight Management.

It’s hot, hot, hot and I’m not talking about the outside temperature. Yes, hot flashes and night sweats are here along with other menopause symptoms. Other common symptoms include sleep and memory issues, low energy and weight management issues.

In fact, menopausal weight gain is what spurred me to start this blog. My weight’s been up and down over the decades but I never had my waistline get larger than my bust until menopause. Why?

During menopause, hormones fluctuate to prepare the body for consistently decreased levels after menopause. A side effect of these fluctuations is weight change.

About Estroven Weight Management

Only Estroven has a full line of products that safely and effectively provide multi-symptom menopause relief to help you feel like you again. Each product contains naturally-sourced ingredients.

New Estroven Weight Management reduces hot flashes and night sweats PLUS helps safely management. It has naturally sourced ingredients:

  • Proprietary Synetrim CQ balances serotonin to help safely manage weight
  • Clinically proven soy isoflavones, plus black cohosh helps reduce hot flashes and night sweats
  • Herbal Weight Blend of naturally-sourced ingredients supports healthy weight management and contribute to a healthy lifestyle

Daily use is important for best results and most women will notice benefits in 8-10 weeks.

Estroven Weight Management Resources

Estroven Weight Management has provided resources that I think will be a big help. The Changing Ways website is where six bloggers document their journey using Estroven Weight Management. Don’t forget to download the $5 off coupon while you’re there.

Since there is a benefit to simultaneously taking the supplement and working out, Estroven teamed up with fitness/personal trainer Debt Horn to create an 8-week workout plan designed specifically for women. You can download the low impact cardio workout on the site.. I’ve tried the first few exercises and found it’s easy to follow and quick.

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Estroven. The opinions and text are all mine.

I so have hot flashes and inconsistent menstruation. Weight loss has just started becoming an issue. But due to clotting issues (woman wise), I am unable to take any product that has Black Cohosh and due to endometriosis I can’t take anything that has soy in it. Bummer!
