It’s been a few weeks since the last Food Finds post but I have two that are well worth sharing.
Mio Liquid Water Enhancer
I recently gave up soda, but sometimes I want something to drink other than water. When looking at my options in the beverage aisle, I spotted this product on the shelf. Each little container of Mio Liquid Water Enhancer makes 24 servings of flavor packed beverage.
Actually, for me it makes more than 24 because I like me a little weaker than the instructions call for. Just one squirt is enough for 8 ounces of water and it’s has zero calories. Sucralose is the sweetener used.
My favorite flavor so far is the Cherry Blackberry but there are many others and if you’re adventuresome you can mix and match.
Trader Joe’s Reduced Guilt Kale & Spinach Dip
I tried the Spinach & Kale Greek Yogurt Dip from Trader Joe’s to use with my daily snack of celery and carrots. I had no idea if this would be good or not but bought it because it was low calorie and had healthy ingredients.
One taste and I forgot those reasons because it is delicious! Plus three tablespoons is very low points plus value. That’s a bargain for a dip packing this much flavor.
In addition to the vegetables listed in the name, ingredients include water chestnuts, carrots, red peppers, garlic and other spices. Unfortunately, I’m giving this food find up along with other products containing dairy but wanted to share it.
What new foods or health products have you found recently?

How about tea? I haven’t tried the Mio. I guess I’m too cheap.
