Tales From The Scale: Week 7

Last week’s Weight Watchers meeting topic was about setting activity goals which was fitting as I’d been doing so for the last few weeks.  It was interesting to hear the differnet ways members get in exercise.  I liked ideas for fitness rewards that are NOT food related including:

  • A massage
  • A personal trainer session
  • New songs on workout playlist
  • Gear

My favorite part of the meeting was seeing results on the scale.  I lost another 1.6 pounds leading to the number below.

Total Loss: 13 Pounds

Victories and Challenges:  The challenge as I mentioned on Monday’s menu recap post was dining out three times during the week.  That was where most of my discretionary weekly points went.  The victory was earning more activity points than any previous week!   The Fitbit is really motivating me to continually improve.

Tracking and Healthy Checks: Last week, I made a typo when mentioning my current daily steps goal. It was 6,000 at the time and is now 6,500.  So far so good and I’ve met the target every day so far.

Next week:  With our house guests leaving Thursday, we’ll be back to our routine for the rest of the week.

What’s your victory and challenge this week?

Congratulations on another loss! You’re doing so well. Did you buy your ticket to the conference yet?

Thanks, Khaleef. Unfortunately, my husband and I will be on a long planned vacation during the conference so instead I’m going to the Fitbloggin’ conference in June.
